East West Rescue have kindly provided us with the following list of insurers who in their past dealings have provided immediate authorisation for East West to incur expenses at their own discretion while assisting patients (eg emergency air ambulance charter costs). The insurers then honour the expenses on the basis that they were incurred on behalf of the patient in good faith by East West.
